Role of assessment in learning:
           Assessment play a major role in how student learn ,their motivation  to learn  and how teachers teach.
           Assessment must be planned with it's purpose in mind assessment for as and of learning all have a role to play insupposting and improving students learning and must be appropriately balanced .
           Assessment is emphasis in the learning process .It is titely inter connected with curriculum and instruction.As teachers and students work towards achievement of the curriculum assessment play a connect role in informing instruction.Guiding the students next step and achievement .
          Teachers use many different process and strategies for classroom assessment and adopt them to suit the assessment purpose and need of individual students.

Assessment as learning:
          Assessment as learning occurs when students are their own assess .students monitor their own learning ,ask question and use a range of strategies to decide what they know and cande and how to use assess for new learning .

  * It encourage student to take responsibility for their own learning.
  * Requires student to ask questions about their learning.
  * Involves teachers and students creating learning goal to encourage growth and development.
  * Provides ways for student to use formal nd informal feedback, and self assessment to help them understand the next step in learning.
  * Encourage peer assessment, self assessment and reflection .
 Assessment for learning : 
 Assessment for learning involes teaches using evidence about student knowledge ,understanding and skill to inform their teaching some time referred to as formative assessment.It usually acquires through out their teaching learning process to clarify student bearning and understanding .
* It reflect a view of learning in which assessment helps student learn better than just achieve a better mark.
*  Involves formal and informal activities as part of learning and to inform the planning of future learning.
