Yoga
Introduction:
Yoga is a way of a better living .It ensures great or efficiency in work ,and a better control over mind and emotions . Through yogaone can achieve both physical and mental harmony.
The term 'Yoga ' which is derived from the root word 'Yuj'means ," to join or yoke ".
Meaning of Yoga :
Yoga is a system of which helps the mind and body in order to achieve tranquility and spiritual insights exercises.yoga is the movement of the body through different positions ,postures and poses.yoga is comparised of various asanas ,which mean "to sit" or "to be present " , but in the yoga contest means " to be established in a particular posture" . The term asana can also be described as "the arrangement of the different components of the body in a specific way".
Historically this term refers to a wide range of bodily postures that have been transmitted by teachers in India for thousands of years . Many of these postures or asanas have been definedby the classic Hatha Yoga Tradition .
Definition of Yoga :
